Growing up in Shakopee before moving to Spicer, Tate developed a genuine love for both the fast pace of city life and the relaxing charm of lake living - places that hold a special meaning to him and inspire his work every day.
A recent graduate of South Dakota State University, Tate gained valuable leadership and communication skills through various roles in student organizations and jobs. These experiences taught him the importance of listening, problem-solving, and building genuine connections—qualities he now applies to guide clients through the real estate process with care and confidence.
Tate’s love for real estate began early, inspired by years of watching his dad, Eric, succeed in the industry. Determined to follow in those footsteps, Tate earned his real estate license at 18. His enthusiasm and fresh perspective make him an eager advocate for buyers and sellers alike, whether they’re navigating their first home purchase or selling a long-loved property.
